Web Push Permission Guide

1. Search for Notifications from the taskbar and open Notifications & actions settings.

2. Turn on Get notifications from apps and other senders, then find your browser under Get notifications from these senders and allow it.

1. Click the Apple icon in the top left and open System Preferences (or System Settings).

2. Click Notifications & Focus.

3. Find the browser you use and turn on Allow Notifications. If two entries with the same browser name appear, allow both.

Menu names vary slightly by device model. Look for the equivalent setting if the labels do not match exactly.

1. Open the device Settings and select Notifications.

2. Select App notifications (or a similar menu) so you can manage notifications per app.

3. Find the browser you use, such as Chrome or Samsung Internet, and allow its notifications.

iOS delivers web push per web app added to the Home Screen, not per browser. Open the Settings app, go to Notifications, and make sure the web app is allowed. See iOS Web Push Overview for how it works.

5. Select Sites can ask to send notifications, open the settings for the site, and choose Allow.

6. Close the settings and reload the site.

4. Change the switch from off to on, and allow the site listed under blocked sites.

3. Tap Notifications, find the site under blocked sites, and allow it.

NAVER Whale does not currently support web push in its mobile browser. This guide will be updated when support becomes available.

2. Tap Site permissions, open Exceptions, and tap Clear permissions for all sites.

3. Close the settings, reload the site, and allow notifications again when prompted.

1. Tap the profile icon in the bottom right, then tap the settings (gear) icon.

2. Tap Privacy.

3. Tap Site settings, then Notifications.

4. Tap the site that is currently blocked.

5. Change Notifications to Allow.

6. Close the settings and reload the site.
